Focaccia Italian Bread

I love baking but so far I havent bake a good bread, using Thermomix do you think it can do better ?... This is my first try and I am sharing with you my experiment .

Ingredients:
1. Water .... 300gm
2. Instant dry yeast 10gm (2 tsp)
3. Olive Oil...25gm
4. Sugar........10gm

5. Bread Flour .. 450gm
6. Whotemeal Flour .. 50gm
7. Salt ... 10gm  
8. Parsley...20gm (optional)
9. Cheese...50gm

Method.
1) Put Ingredients 1 to 4 into the TM Bowl  to mix in 30sec - 37 C - Speed 3
2) Add in 5 to 9 ingredisents and mix once again in 30sec -Speed 0-8
3) When everything is well mix and chop, set dial to Knead Speed for 2mins
4) Let the dough rest for 15 to 20mins at room temperature then roll out and
     place it in the square or round tray for until it has risen to double size.
5) Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 30-40mins until golden.

Fish ball and Yong Tau Fu

Thermomix had make Fish ball and Yong Tau Fu so much easier for me this days and my children love it so much... Now sharing here my recipe ...

Ingredients :
500gm ...Fish Meat (Flozen for 2 hrs..about to form ice)
10 gm  ...Corn Flour
1 tsp     ...Pepper
1 tsp     ...Sugar
1/2 tbsp ..Salt
150gm  ...Ice Water

Methods (Tested 3 times)
1) Cut the flozen Fish Meat into cube and place into the TM bowl to chop ... 10sec/0-6 speed
2) Add Corn Flour, Pepper, Sugar and part of the Ice Water and continue for 10sec/0-6 speed
3) Last add Salt and the balance Ice Water ..set dial to 3mins/ Knead speed
4) When finish the fish paste is ready for making fish balls and Yong Tau Fu.
